Format the memory card reader.

Step 1. Ensure that the card reader plugged into your computer

The second step. Remove the card storage device, put it in the reader.

Step 3. Open My Computer, find the removable disk drive letter corresponding to the memory card reader slot

Step 4. Click the removable disk and select Format menu drive letter.

Step 5. When the window appears, please make sure your system is set at 32 and file format, and then click Start.

Step 6. Once formed, remove the memory card reader, and re-insert the device.
